1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using All Access World ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including buyers, vendors, and visitors. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and All Access World.
3. Account Registration
To create an account on the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 16 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your first name, last name, and a valid email address.
- You must choose a password that meets our security requirements (minimum 10 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character).
- You must accept these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@accessaro.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Guest Checkout
You may purchase products without creating an account by using our guest checkout option. When checking out as a guest, you will be asked to provide your email address and shipping address. Your shipping address is stored locally on your device using browser storage and is not saved on our servers.
Guest orders are linked to your browser session via a temporary cookie (30-day expiry). If you later create an account, your guest orders will not be automatically linked to your new account.
5. Buyer Terms
As a buyer on the Platform, the following terms apply to you:
- Purchases are made directly from vendors through the Platform. All Access World is not the seller.
- All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Refund and return policies are set by individual vendors and must be clearly stated on their product listings.
- Product reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine purchase experience.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
6. Pricing and Currency
The following terms apply to pricing and currency on the Platform:
- Base currency: All product prices are stored in Euros (EUR).
- Supported currencies: Prices may be displayed in Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), UAE Dirham (AED), or Saudi Riyal (SAR). Currency conversion is applied dynamically based on your selected preference.
- Exchange rates: Exchange rates are indicative and may not reflect real-time market rates. The amount charged to your payment method will be in the currency displayed at the time of checkout.
- Taxes: All prices include applicable taxes where required by law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Vendor pricing: Vendors are solely responsible for setting the prices of their products. All Access World does not control or influence product pricing.
7. Payment Terms
The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
- PayPal: We are in the process of integrating PayPal as an additional payment method.
- Bank transfers: We are in the process of integrating bank transfer payments.
- Insurance and grant funding: If your purchase is funded through a disability insurance scheme or grant programme, you may select this option at checkout. We will provide the necessary documentation and invoicing to support your claim.
Stripe may trigger 3D Secure (Strong Customer Authentication) verification for your payment in compliance with the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2). Payment must be completed in full before your order is confirmed. If a payment attempt fails, you will be notified with the reason and given the opportunity to retry.
8. Orders and Fulfilment
Orders placed on the Platform go through the following stages:
- Payment verification: Your payment is verified through Stripe before the order is confirmed.
- Order confirmation: Once payment is successful, your order moves to confirmed status and you receive a confirmation email.
- Processing: The vendor prepares your order for dispatch.
- Shipping: When your order is dispatched, you receive a shipping notification email with the carrier name, tracking number, and tracking link.
- Delivery: Your order is delivered by the assigned shipping carrier.
Orders may be cancelled while in the pending, confirmed, or processing stages. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at hello@accessaro.com.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We use the following shipping carriers to deliver orders:
- DHL Express: Our primary carrier for European and worldwide deliveries. DHL offers Express (approximately 3 business days) and Economy (approximately 7 business days) service levels.
- Aramex: Our primary carrier for Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region deliveries.
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the weight, dimensions, origin country, destination country, and selected service level of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors outside our control. All Access World is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
10. Refunds and Returns
The following terms apply to refunds and returns:
- Vendor policies: Refund and return policies are set by individual vendors. Each vendor must clearly state their return policy on their product listings. You should review the vendor's return policy before making a purchase.
- Eligibility: Refund requests may be submitted for orders in the delivered or completed status. Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled instead (see Section 8).
- Process: To request a refund, contact the vendor directly in the first instance. If the vendor does not resolve your request, you may escalate the matter to our support team.
- Refund method: Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Full and partial refunds are supported.
- Timeframe: Once a refund is approved and processed, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
All Access World reserves the right to mediate refund disputes between buyers and vendors but is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of vendors.
11. Vendor Terms
If you register as a vendor on the Platform, the following additional terms apply:
- Approval required: Vendors must submit an application and be approved by All Access World before listing any products.
- Product eligibility: All products listed must be genuine assistive technology or accessibility-related items. Non-assistive technology products are not permitted.
- Safety and standards: Vendors must certify that their products meet all applicable safety and accessibility standards in the jurisdictions where they are sold.
- Accurate descriptions: Product descriptions, images, and specifications must be accurate, complete, and accessible.
- Fulfilment responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for order fulfilment, shipping, handling, and customer support for their products.
- Legal compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including consumer protection, product safety, and tax obligations.
- Suspension and removal: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any vendor who violates these terms, provides misleading product information, or receives repeated complaints from buyers.
12. Vendor Commission and Payouts
The following terms govern vendor commissions and payouts:
- Commission rate: The default platform commission is 15% of the gross order value. Individual vendors may have a custom commission rate as agreed upon during onboarding.
- Commission basis: Commission is calculated and deducted only from orders that have reached delivered status.
- Payout schedule: Vendor payouts are processed on the 15th of each calendar month for all eligible earnings from the previous period.
- Minimum threshold: A minimum balance of EUR 50.00 must be accumulated before a payout is issued. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the following month.
- Payout methods: Vendors may receive payouts via bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe Connect.
- Suspended vendors: Vendors whose accounts are suspended will not receive payouts until their account status is resolved.
13. Product Listing Rules
All products listed on the Platform must belong to one of the following approved categories:
- Mobility and Physical: Wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking aids, transfer lifts, prosthetics and orthotics, and daily living aids.
- Vision and Blindness: Screen readers and software, braille displays, digital and optical magnifiers, smart glasses, white canes, and daily living aids.
- Hearing and Auditory: Hearing aids, alerting devices (flash and vibrate), personal amplifiers, cochlear accessories, and daily living aids.
- Cognitive and Learning: Sensory tools, communication boards (AAC), time management tools, reading assistants, and daily living aids.
The following products are strictly prohibited: counterfeit or imitation products, stolen goods, products that are not related to assistive technology or accessibility, and products that do not meet applicable safety standards. Vendors who list prohibited products will have their listings removed and may face account suspension.
14. Product Reviews
The following terms apply to product reviews on the Platform:
- Eligibility: You may submit a review for any product you have purchased through the Platform. Reviews from verified purchasers will display a verified purchase badge.
- Content requirements: Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience with the product. You may provide an overall star rating, an accessibility-specific rating, and a written review.
- Moderation: All reviews are moderated before publication. Reviews may be approved, rejected, or flagged for further review. We moderate reviews to ensure they are genuine and do not contain misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Prohibited content: Reviews must not contain false or misleading claims, personal attacks, discriminatory language, spam or promotional material, or content unrelated to the product.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of your review content but grant All Access World a non-exclusive licence to display your review on the Platform.
15. Ambassador Programme
The Ambassador Programme allows you to earn rewards by referring new users to the Platform. The following terms apply:
- Referral code: Upon enrolment, you will receive a unique referral code that you may share with others.
- Tier structure: Your tier is determined by the number of successful referrals you make:
- Bronze (1 to 5 referrals): EUR 10 credit per referral, plus a 10% discount for the referred user.
- Silver (6 to 20 referrals): EUR 15 credit per referral, plus a 15% discount for the referred user.
- Gold (21 or more referrals): EUR 25 credit per referral, plus free shipping for the referred user.
- Credit usage: Earned credits may be applied as store credit towards future purchases on the Platform.
- Fair use: The Ambassador Programme is intended for genuine referrals. Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or any form of manipulation to earn credits is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke credits, reset tier status, and suspend accounts involved in misuse.
- Modification: We reserve the right to modify the tier structure, credit amounts, or programme rules at any time with reasonable notice.
16. AI Assistant (Amica)
The Platform includes an AI-powered product recommendation assistant named Amica. By using Amica, you agree to the following terms:
- Purpose: Amica is designed solely to help you discover and find assistive technology products available on the Platform. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
- No medical advice: Amica does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. If you require medical guidance, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Amica is programmed to decline medical queries and will direct you to seek professional help.
- Accuracy: While Amica strives to provide helpful and accurate responses, it may occasionally reference products that are not currently available or provide information that requires verification. You should always confirm product details on the relevant product page before making a purchase.
- Data handling: Amica retains a short history of your messages within a single session to maintain context. This data is not stored after your session ends. No conversation data is saved to your account or shared with third parties.
- Optional use: Use of Amica is entirely voluntary. The full functionality of the Platform is available without using the assistant.
- Languages: Amica is available in English, Arabic, Italian, and German.
17. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the Platform:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Post, upload, or transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or intimidate other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts, Platform systems, or administrative functions.
- Scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise collect data from the Platform using automated means without our express written permission.
- Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Platform.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
- List counterfeit, stolen, or non-assistive technology products (vendors).
- Manipulate the Ambassador Programme through fake accounts, self-referrals, or other fraudulent means.
- Submit false, fake, or incentivised product reviews.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.
18. Intellectual Property
The following intellectual property terms apply:
- Platform ownership: The Platform, including its design, source code, visual identity, content, and branding, is the intellectual property of All Access World. All rights are reserved.
- Vendor content: Vendors retain full ownership of their product descriptions, images, and other content. By listing products on the Platform, vendors grant All Access World a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote their content on the Platform and in associated marketing materials.
- User content: Users retain ownership of their reviews, feedback, and other user-generated content. By submitting content, you grant All Access World a non-exclusive licence to display and use the content on the Platform.
- Restrictions: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent. Automated scraping or bulk downloading of Platform content is expressly prohibited.
19. Accessibility Commitment
All Access World is committed to making the Platform accessible to all users, regardless of ability. Our accessibility commitment includes the following:
- WCAG conformance: We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and are actively working towards Level AAA conformance in key areas.
- European Accessibility Act: We comply with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), Directive (EU) 2019/882, which became mandatory on 28 June 2025.
- Accessibility profiles: We offer five built-in accessibility profiles designed for specific needs: screen reader optimisation, low vision support, deaf and hard of hearing support, motor impairment support, and cognitive accessibility with simplified language.
- Continuous improvement: We conduct regular accessibility audits using automated tools, manual testing, and feedback from users with disabilities.

20. Account Suspension and Termination
All Access World reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in the following circumstances:
- Temporary suspension: We may temporarily suspend your account for a period of 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, depending on the severity of the violation.
- Permanent ban: In cases of serious or repeated violations, we may permanently ban your account.
- Immediate effect: Upon suspension or ban, your active sessions will be terminated immediately and you will be signed out of all devices.
- Vendor suspension: Suspended vendors will not be able to receive payouts or manage their product listings until their account status is resolved.
- Reason provided: A reason will be recorded for all suspensions and bans.
You may delete your own account at any time from your Account Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain data, such as order records, may be retained as required by law for up to 7 years.
21. Limitation of Liability
All Access World acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not the manufacturer or direct seller of products listed by vendors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of products sold by vendors.
- We are not liable for the acts or omissions of shipping carriers, including delays, damage, or loss during transit.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
22. Dispute Resolution
We encourage all users to resolve disputes through the following process:
- Direct resolution: If you have a complaint about an order, please contact the vendor directly in the first instance.
- Platform mediation: If the dispute is not resolved directly with the vendor, you may contact our support team at hello@accessaro.com. We will attempt to mediate the dispute in good faith.
- Limitation: All Access World is not obligated to resolve commercial disputes between buyers and vendors. Our role is limited to mediation and facilitation.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
23. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, legal requirements, or other factors. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. We will also update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
