Our team

Hasan Tayem founded All Access World because he needed it to exist. He is totally blind, and he relies on a screen reader for every digital task, exactly as the people the platform serves do. Finding assistive technology across borders meant inaccessible websites, months of waiting, and products that never arrived. He built the company out of that frustration.

He is a disability rights advocate, an accessibility specialist, and a professional blind runner. He holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance from the University of Padova, completed on an Italian Government scholarship, and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and English from the University of Jordan.

As an athlete he has competed in more than one hundred races across more than forty countries, and he is training for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games in the T11 classification over 1,500 metres. He brings the same discipline to building All Access World.

He presented All Access World at the Zero Project Conference at the United Nations Office in Vienna in 2026, where he chaired a session. He has spoken at SightCity in Frankfurt, the Global Disability Summit in Berlin, and at events convened by the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe. Over the years he has collaborated with organisations including UNICEF and the OSCE, assistive technology companies including CashReader, NaviLens, Envision, and iCane, and community organisations including RNIB, Be My Eyes, and NV Access.

Tomasz Kłapsia leads all technical development of the platform. He is a senior technology leader with more than fifteen years of experience in platform architecture, marketplace development, and scaling engineering teams of more than fifty engineers.

At All Access World he is responsible for a platform built to the WCAG 2.2 AAA standard from the ground up rather than retrofitted, running on a modern stack with accessibility tested continuously rather than at the end.

Elena Karamanska is an accessibility strategist and a CPACC certified specialist who has audited more than one thousand websites. She is a long-time screen reader user, and she leads our inclusive design practice from that lived experience.

At All Access World she owns the accessibility standard the platform is held to, which means the five accessibility profiles, the continuous testing programme with users from the disability community, and the principle that nothing ships until it works for the people it was built for.

Mohamed Salem is a Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience building production grade full stack web applications. He is comfortable across the modern web stack, including Next.js, ASP.NET Core, Supabase, and PostgreSQL, with a focus on accessibility, internationalisation, secure architecture, and the integration of AI services in production.

He joined All Access World as an intern in the earliest days of development, and after graduating in Computer Science he came on board as a web developer.

Katarina Stanisavljevic is a communications and marketing professional with experience across Europe and the Americas. She crafts the narratives and outreach that carry the mission of All Access World to a global audience.

Her work focuses on authentic voices from within the disability community rather than marketing that speaks about people instead of with them.

Daniele Quinto is a strategic startup advisor offering guidance on innovation, partnerships, and sustainable growth, with a track record of helping early stage companies scale.

He advises All Access World on partnership strategy and the path from launch to sustainable growth across the first markets.
