This Cookie Policy explains how All Access World uses cookies and similar technologies, the choices you have, and how to change or withdraw your consent at any time.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and, with your consent, measure how the site is used. Some information is also kept in your browser's local storage, which we treat the same way as cookies.
2. Cookies we use
We group cookies into three categories:
Essential: required for the site to function, such as security, load balancing, and remembering your language, currency, cookie choice, and accessibility settings. These are always on and do not need consent.
Analytics: help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it: Google Analytics 4, and our own anonymous usage analytics described below. These only run after you accept them and are off by default.
Marketing: used to measure our advertising. We set one marketing cookie, described below, and only after you select "Accept All". It is off by default.
Our own usage analytics
With your consent, we also record how our website is used: pages opened, labelled buttons pressed, checkout steps reached, searches that found nothing, and which accessibility settings are switched on. We run this ourselves and share it with no one.
It sets no cookie. A random identifier for each visit is kept in your browser's session storage (aaw_usage_visit) and replaced after 30 minutes without activity. We never record your name, email address, account, IP address or anything you type, apart from the cleaned words of searches that found nothing. Events are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals are kept.
It runs only after you select "Accept All", never while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and it stops as soon as you change your choice. Section 10 of our Privacy Policy has the full details.
Our advertising campaign cookie
If you arrive from one of our adverts and select "Accept All", we set one first party cookie, aaw_landing_attribution. It records only which campaign brought you (the campaign source, medium, name and content) and when you arrived. It holds no name, email address or account, and page scripts cannot read it. It lasts up to 30 days, so an order placed after some thought is still linked to the advert. If you place an order while it is set, the campaign source, name and content are saved with the order. It is never set while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and it is removed as soon as you change your choice to "Essential Only".
3. Managing your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies or keep only the essential ones. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving consent:
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by trusted third parties that provide services on our behalf, for example Google Analytics for usage measurement (only after consent) and Stripe for secure payments and fraud prevention. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our services or the law change. When the categories of cookies change, we will ask for your consent again. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
